This is a fully furnished, cozy, garden-level room with a private entrance and window looking out onto a large, treed back yard. It is in a great neighbourhood only blocks from beaches, parks and hikes. Right across the street there are delis, a grocery store and a bus stop. It is ~ 20 minutes to downtown and UVic and ~ 15 minutes to Camosun by bus or bike.
All utilities (high-speed internet, hydro, cable, heat) and laundry are included and there is a freezer available for use. Does not include phone.
There is a TV, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware in room.
There is a shared bathroom upstairs (NB this is the only shared area) with a small family who are very friendly, quiet at night and respectful of your privacy.
NB VERY limited use of kitchen so best for a person who doesn't need to cook/bake regularly. There is a cat in the house.
